Board of Trustees
Paul Harrington, Manchester, Chair of the Board, is retired from the Diocese of Manchester, NH after serving for 20 years as Director/Secretary of Real Estate and Construction. He currently is the LLC Director of Business Development for Sullivan Construction. Harrington served on the Catholic Medical Center Board of Directors for six years; the CASA of NH Board of Directors; and is presently a Commissioner of the Manchester Fire Department. He was also a resident of Bedford for 25 years where he served on the Planning Board and Zoning Board.
Chet Bowen, Goffstown, Vice Chair of the Board, currently serves as NH State Director for Community Integrated Services which, in the last three years, has quadrupled its capacity under Bowen’s leadership. He was recently elected to serve on the Goffstown Select Board. Chet has always had a passion for serving the most vulnerable populations in the community and is proud to continue that mission.
Linda Jacobson, Litchfield, Treasurer of the Board, owns a CPA firm in Litchfield, New Hampshire and has worked in the accounting and tax preparation field since 1976. Jacobson serves on the Endowment Committee for Grace Episcopal Church in Manchester. She also serves on the Audit Committee for St. John’s Episcopal Church in Gloucester, MA and on the Advisory Board for Bangor Savings Bank.
Eldon R. Munson, Jr., Francestown, Secretary of the Board, is a professional with an extensive background in clinical care and administrative leadership, with experience in rehabilitation, home health, community residential services and senior living. He has developed highly successful programs in residential care for persons with brain injury, community residential care and most notably in senior living, including independent living, assisted living, and dementia and Alzheimer’s care with seniors. Eldon is the Principal of Munson and Associates, LLC, a professional group that provides project development services in senior care and residential services, as well as consultation in program development and operations. Eldon is also currently President of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes, an organization that provides education, advocacy and leadership for assisted living organizations and their residents. Eldon serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire and is a past President; was a member of the Board of Directors of St. Joseph Home and Hospice Care; and was a member of the Board of Trustees of The Scott-Farrar Home.
Rob McCarthy, Bedford, is Vice Chair of the Board. He has an extensive background in the hotel and hospitality industry. In 2016, he founded the Melan Hotel Group, a hotel consulting firm designed to help owners of mid-sized hotels enhance the value of their investment. Prior to starting Melan, McCarthy was a founding partner of Chartwell Hotels for ten years. He has also held senior management positions at the Linchris Hotel Corporation, 4 Diamond Inn @MIT, Sonesta International Hotels Luxor in Cairo, Egypt, and Flatley Companies Tara Hotels. McCarthy holds a B.S. degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts. He is a Trustee of the Ridgewood Savings Bank, Ridgewood, NY, serves on the New Hampshire Restaurant and Lodging Association as Chair of the Education Foundation, and is past President of the Bedford Basketball League. McCarthy has lived in Bedford for over 20 years with his wife, Sharron, and his two girls, Lana Jade and Melody Rose.
Dr. Paul Del Giudice, Bedford, is a consultant to KadenHealth, a NYC telemedicine startup in addiction medicine, and an advisor to GoAhead Ventures, a silicon valley AI venture capital fund.
Dr. Del Giudice got his doctorate at Tufts University Medical School in 1979. He had residencies at UMass Internal Medicine and Dartmouth Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. He is board certified in all three disciplines. He recently retired from cardiac anesthesiology at CMC where he worked from 1985 until 2020 and served as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesia from 1986 until 2018. He was on the CMC Medical Executive Committee in the roll of as Secretary/Treasurer. He has also served on the CMC Board of Trustees.
Dr. Del Giudice is a past president of the NH/VT Society of Anesthesia and served as the NH delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiology. He was the president of Anesthesia Care Group which contracted for anesthesia services with CMC, BASC, and NASC, and was recently the Regional Medical Director for KadenHealth. A NH resident since 1982, Dr. Del Giudice moved to Bedford in 1985, where he lives with his wife Val. Paul and Val have four adult children.
Marc Jobin, Bedford, has over 28 years of construction project management experience on a wide variety of commercial, municipal, healthcare, educational, and multi-residential projects throughout New England. He has been the Owner’s Project Manager providing advisory services for private, public, and non-profit organizations responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the project including; pre-construction, construction, completion, and closeout.
Marc also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Diocese of Manchester where he is a member of the Real Estate Committee.
Alan Yeaton, Goffstown, is a registered architect with 40 years of business experience. He has founded and led several architectural firms and is currently President of Amoskeag Architectural Group in Manchester. He is also Principal Architect and Founder of M/Y Architects International, which has developed specialty projects in Gambon, Africa. In Goffstown, Yeaton has served as a Zoning Board Member and Chair, Planning Board Member and Chair, Member and President of the Rotary Club, and member of the local Economic Development Council.
Jennifer Lever, Goffstown, has retired after 35 years of being a childcare center owner and director in Goffstown. She has recently acquired a non-profit status for a community dance, music and arts center that is in the making which will provide for under-resourced children to develop their God given talents and abilities. She has always had a passion for dance and drama and reaching at risk youth through the arts and teaching them to use these gifts to bless others. In addition, Jennifer anchored a radio show, Recovery Now and is completing her degree in addiction and recovery to assist in that community as well.
