Alicia Nordin, Executive Director
Alicia Nordin, Executive Director, brings over 28 years’ experience working with seniors to her role at Bowman Place. A passionate leader who has worked in various senior living and senior care settings in multiple states, Alicia holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for nearly 20 years.  Alicia and her family have had the honor to live in multiple states and oversees while her husband served in the Air Force.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their two children in their New Hampshire home.  An outdoor enthusiast, Alicia loves to travel, go camping, and bike riding.

Tiffany Friedrich
Tiffany Friedrich, Sales & Marketing Director, brings Bowman Place over 25 years of clinical experience working in various assisted living communities. Her transition into Sales & Marketing was driven by her passion to build strong rapport and creating long-lasting personal relationships with residents and families. Tiffany prides herself on her customer service skillset, clinical background, and desire to provide support allowing her to connect with both residents and families during the difficult transition into the Bowman community.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, taking trips to the beach or lake, kayaking, and getting involved in her community.

Kayla Sher
Kayla Sher, Director of Fundraising & Business Development,
brings to Bowman Place an extensive and successful background in hospitality and event management. Kayla holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Manchester Community College. Kayla’s passion and desire to work in the senior living industry derives from wanting to have a true purpose and be able to give back to others. As Director of Fundraising & Business Development, Kayla’s top priority is ensuring that once a resident calls Bowman Place their home, it remains their home regardless of any financial worries.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys volunteering at various organizations including local animal shelters & The Miss America Organization, cooking, spending time with her husband, friends, and family, going on outdoor adventures with her two dogs Farley & Maple, and floral arranging.


Kaleigh Whitnell, Longview Enrichment Director,
brings the experience of many years of working in senior living to Bowman Place. Prior to joining the team at Bowman Place, she worked as an Activity Assistant at Ledgewood Bay, Bridges by EPOCH, and All American Assisted Living. As a member of those communities, Kaleigh was able to provide creative and interesting programming for her residents. She loves working with seniors and it brings her so much happiness getting to know her residents, making them feel like a part of the community and being able to listen to their stories. She describes herself as compassionate, optimistic, and charismatic. She says “Running innovative programs is so important to keeping mind, body, and spirit active. It is such a pleasure to be able to provide a brand new day filled with fulfilling activities and joy in knowing that tomorrow will be just as enjoyable.”

In her time off, Kaleigh enjoys spending days outside often running or hiking with her dog. She also loves reading, and puzzles. Family and friends are extremely important to Kaleigh and she spends as much time as possible with them.

Ashley Houde
Ashley Houde, Resident Enrichment Director,
comes to Bowman Place with a degree in education from NHTI and an immense passion for creativity and promoting socialization within the senior living industry. She strives to allow our seniors to channel their creative sides with outlets such as music, arts and crafts, and many more assorted activities. The idea of building strong personal relationship with residents and channeling the feeling of family and compassion within the Bowman community is something Ashley prioritizes greatly.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting Old Orchard Beach, curling up with a good book, and enjoying a Bruins game.

Vandana Gandhi , Human Resources Director
Vandana Gandhi , Human Resources Director,
has 20 years of expertise in HR. She is a result-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help communities with their most valuable assets – their people. Vandana’s approach includes providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the health care workforce while supporting the Bowman Place mission.  She has a very strong rapport working in an organization with cultural differences and diversity. Working in Senior Living is enjoying and most rewarding for Vandana, especially getting to know the residents.  Her favorite activity with senior living residents is playing bingo cards and calling the numbers.

Vandana enjoys spending her off-work time with her friends and family. She loves to travel, read books, and watch sports with her son.   

Chirs Berube, Director of Maintenance
Chris Berube, Director of Maintenance,
brings to Bowman Place diverse maintenance experience in both educational and senior living communities. Serving formerly as the Maintenance Technician at Birch Heights in Derry, NH and most recently as Maintenance Technician at Chester Academy in Chester NH, Chris was responsible for the preventative and general maintenance of the building including maintaining a safe and sanitary living environment for residents, guests, visitors, and staff. Chris is responsible for managing all aspects of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Department.

Outside of work, Chris loves spending his free time camping, hiking, and kayaking. Chris truly enjoys helping others and can often be found lending a hand to a neighbor or friend.

Project Manager
Eldon R. Munson, Jr., Project Manager,
is a professional with an extensive background in clinical care and administrative leadership, with experience in rehabilitation, home health, community residential services and senior living. He has developed highly successful programs in residential care for persons with brain injury, community residential care and most notably in senior living, including independent living, assisted living, and dementia and Alzheimer’s care with seniors. Most recently, he has directed the development of the Senior Living of Bedford Bowman Place of Olde Bedford, a 105 unit assisted living and memory care community under construction in Bedford, NH.

Eldon is the Principal of Munson and Associates, LLC, a professional group that provides project development services in senior care and residential services, as well as consultation in program development and operations.

Eldon is currently President of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes, the organization that provides education, advocacy and leadership for assisted living organizations and their residents in NH.

Eldon serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire and is a past President; was a member of the Board of Directors of St. Joseph Home and Hospice Care; and was a member of the Board of Trustees of The Scott-Farrar Home.
