The design is a traditional New England shingle-style with 105 apartments, including 69 assisted living apartments and 36 apartments in memory care. The main building will consist of common areas, such as multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, library/reading room, fitness area, game rooms and other areas that will contribute to healthy living for seniors. Consistent with the desired apartment styles for today’s seniors, Bowman Place will offer studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom apartments.
